Magical Inflation Battle

Jenny and Pucca seem to be inflated by the bewildering balloon magic (from the Bomberman Land Touch 2 game, I'm currently thinking about getting it) then battling to see who's a better balloon. Could the magic be from Master Soo or Mrs. Wakeman? You'll never know.
